The Holly Home Process

How It Works

We explore your vision. Tell us about your space, desired changes, timeline, and anticipated investment.
Todd meets with you at your home. We discuss your space and determine a rough scope for the project.
Based on the initial site visit, you will be presented with a design agreement and rough estimate to approve and move forward into design.
We lock in floor plan changes, finalize product selections, and provide renderings if needed.
We provide a final proposal for the cost of the project based on the floor plans and product selections. A down payment is required prior to proceeding with construction.
We submit for any required permits and schedule a start date for the project!
