Hi, I’m Todd! I’ll be the lead contractor on your renovation.
I have a passion for renovating old and historic homes. I love the challenges that come with age. Walls are not square, floors are not level, and we need to problem solve solutions. My goal is to provide expert guidance and top-quality craftsmanship.
I look forward to renovating the next step in your journey.
As a 3rd generation member of a construction family, renovating homes has always been a big part of my life. From middle school through college summers, I helped my family with home remodels, completing everything from salvage homes to small renovations. When my wife and I completed our first personal remodel—our home on Holly Avenue—I realized I wanted to start my own company, Holly Home Renovations.

Like Todd, I have a passion for renovating older homes. It’s amazing to think of the history and the little touches each homeowner has placed into the home. My goal is to guide you through the creative process while incorporating your personal style and needs.

Our Story
How "Holly Home" Got Its Name
While in the real estate industry, Todd purchased a personal project—a historic home on Holly Avenue in St. Paul, MN. It was a fixer-upper with potential, but it needed a lot of help. After an extensive transformation, Todd and his new wife, Jill decided they wanted a company to offer this amazing experience to other families. When looking for a name, they came back to their inspiration—the home on Holly Avenue.
